How close is the condo to the beach?
You are literally steps away from the Atlantic. Our property features a private sand walkway that is only about 100 feet from the pool area directly to the beach. You can easily walk back and forth for snacks or breaks throughout the day.
How do we check in and get the keys?
We value your security and convenience, so we use a keyless entry system. You will receive a simple touchscreen access code before your arrival, so you don't have to worry about picking up or losing physical keys.
Is there parking available on-site?
Yes! Our complex features a large parking lot with easy parking located right next to your unit. This makes unloading your beach gear, supplies, and groceries a total breeze.
What are the sleeping arrangements for 7 guests?
The condo is a spacious two-story layout designed for privacy. The master bedroom features a king bed with direct ocean and palm tree views. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, making it perfect for families.
Are we close to the Nights of Lights and Downtown?
Absolutely. You get the best of both worlds: a quiet beach escape that is only a 15-minute drive or Uber ride from the magic of historic Downtown St. Augustine and the world-famous Nights of Lights.
